How much does a project cost?
Every engagement is scoped to your business, so we don't publish fixed price lists. After a short discovery call we send a written proposal with a fixed scope, timeline, and price — no surprises, and no obligation to proceed.
What does the engagement process look like?
Discovery call → written proposal → 50% deposit → build with weekly check-ins → review and revisions → handover and optional ongoing support. Most clients go from first call to signed proposal within a week.
Do you build AI chatbots and assistants?
Yes. We build everything from Q&A bots trained on your documents to custom RAG systems running on your own infrastructure, with WhatsApp, web, and internal-tool integrations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayFast (card and EFT) for South African clients and PayPal for international clients. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Landing pages typically ship in 3–5 days, business sites and standard automations in 7–10 days, and complex web applications or multi-system AI builds in 14–21 days. Your proposal includes a committed timeline.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Optional managed hosting and support retainers cover monitoring, updates, and small changes. We'll recommend the right level in your proposal.
Where are you based?
We're based in Pretoria, South Africa, and work with clients globally. All communication is in English, and we work in SAST with flexible overlap for international time zones.
Can you integrate with my existing systems?
Yes — integrations are our specialty. CRMs, accounting platforms, WhatsApp Business, payment gateways, and custom APIs are all in scope, and we'll map the integrations during discovery.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Every project includes revision rounds. After handover, changes are covered by a support retainer or billed at an agreed hourly rate.
Do you offer white-label or agency partnerships?
Yes. We partner with agencies and consultancies who need AI and automation delivery under their own brand. Get in touch to discuss partnership terms.
